Burnout is not simple exhaustion. It’s pushing yourself to do more combined with the fact that you’re moving away from how you expected things to turn out. Burnout happens when you force yourself to constantly do things that don’t align with your core values.
Train your brain to cut off unhelpful thought processes at the root. You can get better with time, but you can’t get better if you don’t get started.
